I am having the same issue. Every time I reboot my ESX4 hosts, I have to reconnect 8 luns. When there is a VMware patch, I have to reconnect 24 luns to get working again. Could be the problem that I had after I did an upgrade. My password was over 8 characters and it would not let me in. I had to hack the password to allow me to get into the software. Will later versions go back to allowing more that 8 characters in the password?

Can you mirror and also do snapshots? I am using snapshots now, but I would not want to loose them if I do mirroring.
