As long as we are talking about the same Microsoft service, it is started, no errors (the service is MSiSCSI (Microsoft iSCSI Initiator Service)). This message pops up even with 5.4 and 5.5 installing on MSSRV 2008 R2 x64 even if the iSCSI service is installed, running, and set to automatic start. So the install cannot proceed.
