Seems that the issue (and excuse me if this has already been said) is that the source disk, on Hyper-V, has a space in the name (or invalid characters). Rename the disk and re-attach it to the VM. Test it out, to make sure, and then you should be able to convert it.

So, I'll see if I can get my how-to done by the end of next week... which will show multi link syncing.

In my initial testing it did not appear to work either. It may only use it if it finds that the bandwidth on the first adapter is saturated and then starts to use the 2nd, 3rd and 4th.
