Yes it was indeed a Proxmox issue.
The network adaptor name in the /etc/netplan/config.yaml file was different than what was in the Hyper-V host.

Once i had it updated, and rebooted it is working as expected. Thank you.

I have a few linux VMs on my Hyper-V server and I am trying to move them to a Proxmox server (8.2.4). I have done the live conversion from Hyper-V to Proxmox via the software. It states it has completed but when I start the VM in Proxmox, it just sits at "Booting from Hard Disk" Any assist...
