Hi There,
I have a VMWare VM, it has multiple VMDK files and I want this VM can run in a Hyper-V server.
how should i do?
convert the vmdk files one by one to vhd files? and then create a hyper-v vm and attached these vhd files ?

The instance is going to be a single system ... the VMX file represents the entire Virtual Machine.
the .NVRAM (when running) is just that ... NVRAM.
There is a vswp (virtual swap file), VMDK (Virtual machine Disk).
Even with Virtual Server, you have VMC (virtual machine configuration), VHD (Virtual Hard Disk) ...
It sounds like you want all of the files that comprise a VM put into one (like an archive or something).
That's not the average virtual machine.
