VMware ESXi to Hyper-V Ports

I will be converting a few VMs from a VMWare ESXi 6.5 server to a Hyper-V server. This will take place across a Firewall, as this is part of an acquisition. What ports do I need to open to make this happen? I have seen TCP 80, 443, 135 and then 49???-65???
