Hyperv conversion issue

I have used the converter to migrate several Hyper-v machines to vmWare. In my last conversion, The first disc converts just fine but I keep getting an error on the second disk. I have tried converting the whole server as well as just the disk in question.

Here is the error for just the disk:

I have read in other posts to try and convert just the disk, and not the VM but this is not working for us. Any help would be appreciated.

There seems to be an issue with the disk header.
Please migrate the data to another disk and convert the new disk.
