I get this error when I try to convert a XEN image to vmware 7.

11/22 8:46:40.642 1134 Facility ???ERROR: VMConverter::ESXIConverter::AddVirtualDisk: attachDisk is fail - 12
11/22 8:46:40.642 1134 Facility ???ERROR: CPPConverting::ConvertImage: Error add disk: Current license or ESXi version prohibits execution of the requested operation.
11/22 8:46:40.642 1134 Facility ???ERROR: CPPConverting::Convert: FAILED

11/22 8:46:40.642 1134 Facility ???ERROR: CPPConverting::ConvertImage: Error add disk: Current license or ESXi version prohibits execution of the requested operation.

Please note that there which restricts conversion. Check this out

It seems to be a VMware API limitation for Free Version.
