What is the trick to getting a Windows 10 workstation to successfully boot in Hyper-V after it has been successfully converted? The workstation is automatically converted as a Gen 2 VM with Starwind. I feel UEFI could be the hangup. I have my Windows installation media. Is there some sort of "repair process" I need to follow to get the VM to boot after it has been converted? Thank you!

No, I did not. How exactly can I perform a "compatibility mode" conversion? I do not see that as an option in Starwind P2V.

Sorry, that was not entirely correct from my side as P2V does not have Repair Mode.
To me it looks like a driver-related issue. Please convert the data disk of your server/VM into VHDX and add another disk where you install the OS.
