I am attempting to do a P2V conversion of a Win Server 2019 to VMware vCenter 8.0.3

When it starts its process it says it is taking snapshots then it reports
" Creating image file
Error creating image
A file was not found
Conversion failed"

What should I look into that might be the issue?

Please make sure the firewall ports are open, there is enough space on the destination, and the source file systems are OK.
As a workaround, you can try disk2vhd conversion and convert that file into VMDK as the local file.

What firewall ports need to be open?

There is plenty of disk space on my vCenter datastore. The VM is being created along with a datastore folder for it.

The system for the physical machine is not reporting any file errors and is running fine.

I have two disks on the physical machine so how could I do the disk2vhd workaround and get both as part of the new VM? That is why I am trying to do the entire machine.
Thanks

See the ports viewtopic.php?t=6794.
Convert disks one by one and recreate the VM.
Please also share the full conversion log with me (normally they are under C:\Program Files\StarWind Software\StarWind V2V Converter\logs).

Could you please try converting an individual disk, or its partition to disk2vhd? And then try converting the local device to the ESXi.
Please also confirm the firewall is allowing the conversion.
