P2V extremely slow

Hi,
The conversion speed from Hyper-V to Proxmox is extremely slow at 10Mb\s - can you speed it up?

Same problem as in the P2V to Azure extremely slow topic

Could you please share the bandwidth for the uplink between the site and Azure? Ideally, some sort of network test will be helpful.
