Good Morning everybody,
since registering out license for 'Professional Server' the option for creating virtual tape devices is greyed out. The NexiTech iVTL license generator sill shows a valid 'power user' license.
The logfile of Starwind tells us that 'Plugin: Plugin 'VirtualTape.dll' is not registered!'
Reboot of Starwind server did not resolved the problem.
Is this a Starwind or a NexiTech relaed issue?
Best regards,
Florian

Hello Anton,
sorry - my mistake

. I didn't see a separate option when we placed our order.
Can this option be bought via Rocket Division or via NexiTech?
Best regards,
Florian

That's no problem! We'll make this one a bit more visible closer to the official release.
For now RDS does not sell VTL-enabled StarWind, only NexiTech does. So you may either go for VTL + StarWind from NexiTech or wait for a week or so for RDS release. Prices are IDENTICAL (we have a deal with NexiTech).
Thank you!

Hello Anton,
thanks for the quick (and late-time answer).
We're going to check with Don@NexiTech about the license.
Best regards and thanks for your help!
