When I add the tape drive device to the target by "Management Console",
I would like to know what tape device from multiple tape devices or libraries
was assigned. Serial number is ideal for identificating tape device, but I can see
only "name" and "f/w version" in "Description" column. What can you offer to identify
the tape device?

Hello olege,

Unfortunately, there is no option to identify the particular TL device in MS Device Manager.

Alternatively, I would recommend you to initially rename the device in your backup software ("Rename library" in Veeam B&R, for example). Using backup software you can also identify the device by checking tape barcodes (they will correspond to ones, assigned in StarWind).
