Can we connect to a quorun disk from 2 virtual servers

Environment:
=========
- two virtual Win 2003 Ent Server SP2 machines(N1 and N2) hosted on two different servers
- have created the disk image on N2
- installed StarPort on both virutal servers (N1 and N2)
- is able to connect to the disl from the localhost (N2)

Issue:
=====
- Not able to connect to the disk from N1
- it fails with "No device description"
- checked the StarPort.log, it shows:
