Is it possible to run Starport under WINNT 4?
No. StarPort supports only Windows 2000 SP4 and higher.

No, ever MS iSCSI initiator demands Windows 2000 to run.
I'd suggest to upgrade the OS.

I have read that Version 2.0 of Starport will work under WinNT. If this is correct, can you send me this version? Otherwise i have to upgrade my system.

This is an incorrect information. StarPort iSCSI initiator never supported Win NT4.
So we can't help you with the old OS.

There was some IBM iSCSI initiator for NT4. But it was in 2002 or so. And it supported only iSCSI Draft 8 and was extremely slow b/c of the SCSI miniport architecture. Even if you'd find it (I don't have any suggestions about the URLs) you'll have a hard times making it run against modern iSCSI targets. So I beleive the only solution for you would be upgrading at least to Windows 2000 SP4. Sorry for this
