I read your technical whitepaper "Providing HA Share Storage for vSphere"

Environment:
2 Starwind servers with 2 10Gb for iSCSI & 2 10Gb for Sync
~40TB per Starwind server
3 ESXi 4.1u2 hosts each with 10Gb

I have a few questions:

1. For the sync, is it better to keep both 10Gb as independent nics with independent IP Addresses or would Teaming be better?
2. For the sync, can I disable "Client For Microsoft Networks" & "File and Print Sharing For Microsoft Networks"?

Thanks,
Mark

1) Keep separate (unteamed) NICs and configure multiple sync channels.
2) You may if you want. It does not matter (unless you really pump some traffic thru them using referenced protocols).
