PowerShell management library - Problem on Install

StarWind
Version 6.0.5569

Upon attempting to perform a Full install on Windows Server 2012 Standard, the following Error message occurs.

Revising the install to exclude the [ PowerShell management library for StarWind Services ] allows the installation to proceed.

[see attachement for a screen capture of the Select Components that were unchecked]

Could you provide any advice to allow the component to install?

Are there any prerequsites for Windows Server 2012 Standard that allow this to be installed?
