Hi Everyone, I am new to StarWinds. I am trying to set up a Failover Cluster for 2 nodes in Server 2008 R2. I have set up everything following the guide in this link: (http://www.starwindsoftware.com/styles- ... er2008.pdf). I have set up Quorum and Generic disks, but when I try to set up the Spool disk, it returns with error "Specified storage cannot be mounted, there is not enough free memory caching device metadata ... ". Please can someone help. Thank you all.

Are you creating a thin-provisioned disk? If so that uses LSFS and that needs a reasonably large memory cache - and you haven't got enough RAM in your server. I asked yesterday for the calculation one needs to apply for LSFS metadata.

Could easily be something else ;-)

Cheers, Rob.
