I am running Windows server 2012 R2 with the Free edition 8.0.7509
I have facing the problem after i reboot the server , the devices were detached from the target.
I need to add it back again , and some time , the L2 cache image also will show in the console and is grey in color ( normally it will not show right? )
Don't know it is bugs or is my configuration problem.
thanks.

Grab StarWind log (it should have issues with devices failed to open reported) and send it zipped to support@starwind.com with your comments and link to this thread. We'll be happy to take a look. Thank you :)

If you have used the same email address that you have used to register on our forum, I can`t see anything from you.

Good to know. Most probably that was some sort of misconfiguration issue.
Thank you for the heads up!
