I sent a message to support but thought throwing it out here would be good too.

I am using a 3-node HyperV 2012R2 cluster currently, but am in a gradual transition away from Microsoft and toward Linux. In this case, I am interested in using Xenserver rather than HyperV.

Curious if there are others using Starwind with Xenserver and what your thoughts are on this. The transition from HyperV to Xenserver to me is irrelevant. Comparing the two platforms for where they are good and where they are bad, in the long term, am I crazy to go toward Xenserver rather than HyperV? Does Starwind work well with Xenserver?

Hi, Engine!

Used to test XenServer a while ago. It works with starwind, and works pretty well, however setting up iSCSI defined storage in Xen is a real mess compared to Windows unless you go NFS.
