Hello VladR,
Please create the report in iSCSI Initiator on both servers to get current all connected iSCSI targets and devices on the system. To generate the report, open Configuration tab in iSCSI Initiator, click Report button and save it.
You can share both reports with us.

Hello VladR,
I have reviewed the reports and found that targets on the second node are not connected by loopback address. Also, Witness target connected via 192.168.* network instead of 10.10.*
Once you will fix it, everything should work fine.

thanks.
I have fixed the iSCSI connections, took a while, as I could not do it on a running server.
so I migrated all VMs on older node, storage and all, and then did the update and iSCSI reconfig. it was easier now since I have reconfigure the older server to have proper network setup and switch naming. also cleanup some space and locations on it as well.
also did SW replication pointers changes.
seams to work as I suspended one node in a cluster the storage seams to re-point to the active node automatically and my test VM continue to work. so drives seams to replicating ok.
still testing the setup but look like it works. I can live migrate vms from node to node, no problem.
