Hi,
is it possible, to install an active passive cluster (w2k3 and mssql2k5) with personal edition of starwind?

No. In the upcoming V4.0 of the StarWind will make this possible but will also limit shared storage capacity to 2GB or 4GB (making software unusable for production invironment).
