Correct procedure after planned downtime

Is this the problem? Neither node has recent data. An empty transaction log would fail test #1 for automatic resync (at least as it is defined above).

Hey guys,
Just want to give you the little heads up: in few weeks we`ll have minor update that will contain improvement of the initially requested automatic recover after system black out.
