iSCSI Image drive is not working

Hi,

I have used an iSCSI Image for 100 GB. After two/three days, when i connect the drive, it is not responding. In MyComputer, drive name is displaying but not space details and all. I have tried to connect this image many Initiator, but nothing. The drive is having around 80 GB of data. how to recover the data, how to resolve the issue. Please help me.

Hello.
Please zip and send us log files from StarWind installation directory.
Also please provide us with as much information as possible about your hardware and software.

One question so far... Did you connect multiple initiators to the same target at the same time? I mean this: "I have tried to connect this image many Initiator, but nothing." Thanks!
