We need StarWind log. Trying to install all the Linux versions and checking what they do (w/o even knowing what initiator you've used) is a bit beyong the scope of our project. For now w/o the log we don't know for sure is it our software who fails or is it Linux iSCSI initiator failing b/c of the timeout or other problems.

We have no idea what to do with the incomplete logs (where the most interesting thing is chewed out...)

E-mail or ftp. Forum truncates very long messages.

Generic support@starwind.com should work just fine.
