Problem creating mirrors

Hi there.
Running Starwind 3.5.3 on both servers and starport 3.6 on primary server.
As per the instructions on the site I create the Image file device on the secondary server and then created the mirror on the primary server pointing it to the secondary server as the second mirror.
All seems to go through fine but once I've clicked past the screen that says "clear all mirrors" the blue bar goes all the way across the dialogue box that says "please wait" fairly quickly but then just gets stuck at the end and the process doesn't seem to complete.
Any help appreciated.
