Error 1117Encountered When Copying from portable drive.

We were using robocopy 196 to move files from a portable drive to a network drive. Options used were /f /e /z r:1.

We received an error 1117 and then later an error 64. Now the drive is not accessible and if we try to connect it to a laptop the laptop crashes. We are trying to avoid losing information on the portable drive.

It appears that the file types are largely zip files.
