MPIO, how to select the source IP?

Hi,
when I try to connect to starwind using the iSCSI initiator, I try to create the connection using a specific source IP and a spoecific destination IP.
this works fine for the first connection, but the second connection refuse this setup. I have to NOT select the source IP (the one in my initiator server) and then I'm able to create a second connection.
but this setup not always spread the trafic among my 2 network cards.
so how to setup an MPIO efficiently?
how to spread the trafic among my multiple network cards?
the LAG setup is not an option here.
Thanks.
