I have created a large Image file of my 8.18 TB hard on my file server using starwind. I have left everything standard as far as setup and passwords etc. I am using starport to connect from my first blade server to this image file. My file server is connected directly to the same switch that my blades are connected(back of blade chaise) to so there should be no network problem. I got to add device/mount image file, find my imagefile on the network share of the file server and I get

File \\wts-data\share\wtsdata.img cannot be opened!

here is the end of my log that should show the last time I tired this..should I add the log from the starwind server?

thanks for your time

chris

You're sending StarPort log and it has nothing to do with the StarWind and your particular issue. Send us StarWind log instead of StarPort one and make sure nobody is holding .img file open.
