Change an existing target to be clustered??

Hi,

I have an existing Iscsi target that contains important data. By mistake i created it with Clustered support turned OFF.

This limits things so only one ESX server can mount the drive at a time. I've created other targets with Clustered support enabled, and all is good.

Question: is there any way to safely change the Clustering setting of an existing drive??

Im using StarWind 4.1 Build 20090515

If you remove the target, the .img is not deleted. So you can create the target again, this time with clustering turned on, an choose your existing .img

hope this helps,

Aitor_Ibarra, thanks for reply. You are absolutely right.
Dear, mbalsam you need to do following:
1. Delete existing target.
2. Run wizard for creating new one.
3. Mount .img file from old target.
4. Choose clustering option. That`s all.
