IF I set chap permissions on HA Targets after creation - is there any documentation .. tech notes?
It appears i have two iscsi connection to both target/partner but the replication iscsi link between the two is broken after restarting 1 server ..

Can you set chap on HA targets? or to just the server access?

It is known bug, currently we are working of fixing of it. We plan to release this fix in StarWind 5.5, while for now beta for StarWind 5.4 is open. I would suggest you you to use ACL instead.

Do you keep a updated public list of issues "bugs" to provide required technical details for implementation, planning / deployment
work arounds ..

You need to be part of beta team to have access to our bug tracker system.

are the chap permissons assigned per HAIMAGE not cleared - there appeared to be some persistence of permisions when recreating "HAIMAGE*"

In theory CHAP should be assigned on the Client side and in the iSCSI initiators of both HA nodes, and of course in the StarWind management console, join our Beta program to learn more :)
