I had to take down one of my servers in an HA environment for 3-5 minutes...

When I brought the second server back up, 2 out of my 3 targets I was able to do a fast sync...

It looks like I can do a full sync on the last target, but what is the procedure so that I am definitely syncing the "good" server that stayed up the entire time to the "bad" server?

(technically, both servers should have good data on them, since nothing was accessing the data in anyway during the down time- but i'm assuming it won't let me do a fast sync for a reason, so if I do a full sync I want to make sure that I am syncing in the right direction...)

also- why does a "fast" sync takes hours and hours if no data has changed?

Thank you!

Hello David, as far as I am aware you have been already contacted by our US support dept so I assume I can close the thread with answer.
In order to make the right sync happen you need to rightclick the target device on the failed server (Device marked RED) (in the lower right window of the Management console)
