For an unknow reason it's the second time in few weeks that boxs (5.4) are out of sync.
When i log in the interface, i've a doubt both nodes seems active and on primary san, the first volume is "active", when i go to the partner... also
I send an email to support but no reply.. it's a desagreement for an full enterprise version during out of business hours....
Anybody have an idea to make the right resync ?

1) Could happen if cross-link has sporadic connectivity issues (at least from time to time). Upgrade to V5.5 as it has heart-beat cluster and does support multiple cross-link routes (concurrent or active-stand by). So your issue is supposed to be gone either way.
2) I personally don't see any e-mails from you. Did you get automated support reply or spam killer message? Did you actually CALL support by phone?
3) You can use either fast or full sync. Up to you...
