Hi, I am having an issue where I cannot remove a target. In the help I see a force removal
of target, but I do not see this as an option in the target menu.
If I just choose remove target, I get the message to confirm, and I do, and nothing happens.
thanks for any assistance

Hi,
Check that the target is not connected to any clients (iSCSI initiators). You can see the sessions in StarWind management console when you choose the target iSCSI sessions.
You can also try to restart the console or reboot the server if previous suggestions won't help.

I have checked, no others connected, as well have restarted the console.
Was hoping to not have to restart. anything else i can try before i restart?

Hi, what's the version you're running? I saw such behaviour in the old releases.
BTW: force removal should be available from the top right panel of the management console
