CRC Errors?

Hi,
I just downloaded the iSCSI SAN software and had a question about it.
I am running version 5.7.1807 on an HP Proliant DL360 G4; it is running Windows 2008 standard 32 bit with SP2. I do not have AV installed nor have I installed any MS patches. It’s pretty vanilla. I have a RAID1 on the internal hard drives and the size is 72 GB
Also, I have attached an external 3 TB STorCase Infostation- 12 Bay- Ultra320 – SCSI/SATA array and have it configured as drive F:\ on the server through computer management.
When I log in the Starwind Management Console and setup a target Alias (Basic, Hard Disk, Image File, New virtual disk) and the location is the F:\ drive, I leave all the default settings. After this setup it looks as if the target has been created correctly. I then go to another machine and run the iSCSI initiator. After that I continue to the Disk Management and try to initialize it. Once I try this, I get a generic CRC error. "Data Error(cyclic redundancy check). I also ran a chdsk/f on the F:\ drive but no luck. Keep in mind I am successful when I point my target alias to the C:\ drive and do not have any issues, while trying to troubleshoot this issue.
Is there something I am missing here? Have any of you seen this error before?
Many Thanks,
