There's a problem HA target.
1st partner is synchronized, 2nd is not. When synchronization progress is 100% error appears and both partner become unsynchronized.
Log reports "CHAPartnerNode::CancelSynchronization: Synchronization thread not found!"

2nd partner was recreated. No changes.

Both servers' version is 5.8.1964.
