Veeam and Deduplication

Hi.

I tried this link and filled out the data.
And only got some email from starwind, in this emails I was only questioned only about my infrastructure, my budget (I thought it is free ) and some questions that not releated to the whole Veeam thing.

Is the soultion for Veeam a special version of Starwind or simply the free version of Starwind?!

If it is a special version, how I can register/download this version.

Hello soehl,

The idea of the campaign was to provide Veeam users with our Deduplication technology for free. This feature will allow you to cut down storage expanses since every data block that comes to is will be analized and if there is duplicate of this block, then it wont take almost any space on the HDD.
