Async or Sync mode for DiskBridge?

I will answer you with the quotation from the Help that you are able to find on the corresponding page in the target wizzard:

Asynchronous mode enables multithreaded disk operations if they are supported by the disk and file systems. It is recommended to enable Asynchronous mode for RAID systems running under NTFS. For single disk FAT volumes Asynchronous mode does not bring any performance benefits
