ESXi5 not seeing target, device or path

Using the Starwind iSCI free software. I am able to create a new server, target and device. Through ESXi5 I am able to connect to Starwind through Dynamic and Static discovery. When I rescan it does not see th target, path or device. I originally had problems connecting statically but I changed the starwind firewall port settings and that problem was resolved. MTU is set at 1500. Starwind and esxi are on different LANs but I am bale to ping either way.

Anyone have any ideas what I might be doing wrong? Any suggestions would help out.

Please forgive me. I am a novice and just getting started.

Can you confirm that you have created the target and attached the device to it?
