I tried to follow the instruction how to install the StarWind Hyper-V Backup Plug-in. But I'm keep getting "Job Failed. Errors while obtaining disk info" when I tried backup the VM. May I know why?

Can I run StarWind Native SAN for Hyper-V and StarWind Hyper-V Backup Plug-in on the same hardware?

Hi. Yes you do can run them both on one machine technically.

May I ask you to provide us with the detailed description of your configuration and what exactly are you doing before getting the error?
