Problems with Target Access Rights

The interface seems to refresh constantly, even if I am in the middle of modifying a rule

When are you guys going to improve on that? Management of the rules is becoming a nightmare, especially when I have 35 targets or so, but the access rights rules are well above 90, I can't decipher which are valid rules and which are orphaned rules and which are just duplicate rules that never seem to go away

We are definitely will improve this in one of our next releases, but we have not got exact ETA unfortunately.
