Hi

Is there any way to change partner to optimized without have to remove and start again? I have some with it enabled and some without.

Unfortunately it is impossible to do that on fly, however you have no need to destroy entire device - you just need to remove the HA partner that was marked as not optimized for ALUA and add it back after through the replication wizard.
