New HA not syncing

Testing new HA pairs with 2 nodes.

The new HA is not syncing. The network traffic is 8kb or so between the nodes.

Who can I reach out for help? It's currently using the free version to test the long term use of vSAN.

Welcome to SetarWind Forum.
For testing it will be better to use Trial as you have access to GUI and can get some help through the account manager.
Could you please let me know if the device was created and is trying to synchronize now?
What is the network bandwidth? Any vLANs or network abstractions? MTU settings: Are they consistent on the entire stack? Are drivers up-to-date? Is the NIC supported for the OS?
