Welcome to StarWind forum. Is it free or commercial key? Was creating the lun successful according to the outputs?
Check also this script out https://forums.starwindsoftware.com/vie ... NT8#p37208.

Lun creation was successful but lun was not visible on starwind GUI, 2 files got created on the location lun.img and lun.swdsk.bak

I do not think creation was successful.
Please check if the files are created successfully on both nodes. If there are some files missing on another node please clean up the /opt/starwind/starwind-virtual-san/drive_c/starwind/headers directory and the underlying storage on both nodes and try again with the script I suggested.

Dear Team,

We have removed the files which got created of lun.img and Lun.swdsk.bak at location /opt/starwind/starwind-virtual-san/drive_c/starwind/storage/mnt/md0/lun and restarted starwind still our license is not getting activate it says check if license manager service is running despite the service is running and restarted.

An update: The issue was related to the outdated VSAN WEB UI version; was fixed by the software update.
