I have several HA targets on an existing raid array. Disk space is getting low. I plan on adding another raid array to the server and want to move some targets to this array. Is there a way to do this without any downtime?

You can try recreating the replicas there: Remove the replication partner on node A (i.e., go to node B and remove the replication partner) -> Clean up the corresponding headers in the headers folder -> Recreate the replica to node A -> Connect over iSCSI -> repeat for node B. Once done, remove the corresponding HA disks from the underlying storage.
