I submitted Case #00002889 via your online ticket system back on Oct 18th. I received a response from the automated e-mail system however no support engineer has responded to it yet. StarWind is beginning to get a reputation for poor support in the VMWare Community Forums.

Did you put correct phone numbe when you'd filled the form?

Where exactly you found references to bad support on VMware forums?

As far as I know everything was correct. Even if the phone number was incorrect, my e-mail was correct as I got the automated e-mail message. Wouldn't someone have contacted me by e-mail? I know this is not the first time that this has happened as others have posted the same thing in these forums.

FYI: I just received a voice mail from Tommy Lo so my number must have been correct.

Thank you Tommy. I appreciate it. John Lynch provided me the information I was asking for. On a side note, can you tell me how I am to be notified of updates and new releases to StarWind HA Unlimited please?

You should receive newsletters on e-mail you've used to register StarWind (and receive unlock key).
