You have 2 physical sites with Starwind installed at Site # 1, what options are available for doing DR to site # 2?

Hi,
1st option is to build HA between 2 sites (requires a gigabit link)
2nd option is to replicate StarWind Server disks to offsite using third party tool
3rd option is to wait a couple of month while we release a new version where an offsite HA over WAN replication will be available:)

Option #3 is what I'm looking for.
How many months is a couple, 2 months, maybe 6?
I forgot to mention in my orig post the DR was over WAN

The remote replication is planned for February-March 2011. This will be a complete new product feature on the iSCSI market.

A couple of remarks... We've dropped implementation we've originally planned to put into production and switched to completely new one. So instead of 2x-3x WAN acceleration we'll have both off-line (taken snapshots) and on-line (active snapshot) async replication modes and it would have at least 10x WAN acceleration ratio (depends on data xferred of course).

This sounds really exiting. So this would mean I can have a volume in HA mode, and also have the same volume sent offsite? If so Im even more excited.
Can't wait.
