starwind free 5.7
windows server 2008 r2 sp1
SoftRaid 0 from 4 disks 7200 rpm
read peformance (img) 50 MBps, sometimes spikes up to 150 MBps @ write peformance 200 MBps

any ideas?

Have you tested you RAID speed?
