FYI, our upgrade went OK. Sync took a little long though (4 days)... Looking into getting faster nics...

I would recommend to take a look at 10Gbps solutions.
I must aware you that if you will use 2 NICs for Sync, then synchronization will use the speed of реу slowest one. For example if you will use 10 Gig and 1 Gig NICsthen speed should be ~2Gbps вгу to Round Robin technology.
