I was wondering if Starwind has an thoughts on the Cisco/EMC VSPEX, or Stratus EverRun Solutions?

The overvall flexability of NativeSAN jumps out at me, and cost of course.

Overall I was wondering does Starwind view these solutons as competiton, to NativeSAN?

Thanks.

VSPEX is a management rather then anything else, EMC overwrap ESXi as a hypervisor and own storage as a storage.

Stratus is replacing Windows built-in HA and clustering features with an own pseudo-FT (ESXi-style) cluster.

We don't do either. We're fault-tolerant high-performance storage, we specialize on this and we don't do anything else.

BUT. At the end of the day taking hypervisor + StarWind you can create a similar solution to VSPEX and EvenRun MX etc.

We don't have a collisions with them however so they are not competitors (or we are not competitors to them).
